Description:
Large shrubs, with simple and stellate hairs. Leaves to 16 x 15 cm, broadly ovate-cordate, apex acuminate, base cordate, margins serrate, glaucous beneath; petiole to 15 cm. Cymes axillary; peduncles to 5 cm; pedicels to 3 cm, jointed above the middle. Schizocarp 8-10 lobed, 1.5 cm across, subglobose, black, densely pubescent on the angles, minutely hairy between mericarps, mucronate to 1 mm.
