Description:
Erect shrubs; stem usually unbranched, terete, glabrous. Leaves to 6 x 2.5 cm, entire, shortly apiculate at apex, glabrous above, tomentose below; nerves 5 pairs, pinnate; petiole 8 mm long. Flowers in axillary peduncled cymes or solitary, peduncles 2 cm long, few-flowered; sepals 6 x 7 mm, orbicular, obtuse, glabrous; corolla 4 cm across, bluish pink. Berry 10 x 10 mm, ovoid, glabrous, yellow.
