Description:
Erect; branches divaricate, yellowish-tomentose. Leaves 3-foliolate, to 4.5 cm wide; petiole to 2 cm; stipules narrow-subulate, 0.4 cm; leaflets cuneate-obovate, to 2.5 x 0.8 cm, mucronate, glabrous above, adpressed-silky hairy below. Racemes terminal, also leaf-opposed, to 5 cm long, 10-20 flowered, compact; bracts linear. Flowers 1 cm long. Calyx 4.5 mm, thin-silky; lobes lanceolate, equal to tube. Corolla yellow; standard 7 x 5 mm; wings 8 x 2.5 mm; keel 6 x 2.5 mm, with a long beak. Stamens 5 + 5; sheath 2 mm. Pod 8 x 5 mm, thin-silky; seed 2.3 mm.
