Description:
Shrubs, to 1.5 m high; stem terete, densely hairy. Leaves to 10 x 7 cm, obovate, obtuse to retuse at apex, acute at base; densely fulvous hairy; nerves glandular; stipules decurrent, broadened into a triangular upper part. Raceme 3-5-flowered, axillary; bracts ovate; bracteoles larger. Flowers 25 mm long; calyx 25 mm long, lobes lanceolate, unequal, hairy; standard 17 mm across, orbicular, thinly pubescent along back; keel pubescent along the margins. Pods 4.5 x 1.3 cm, oblong, glabrous.
