Description:
Large trees, branchlets glabrous. Leaves 6-10 x 3-4 cm, obovate, apex acute, narrowed to the base, 3-5 ribbed, serrate, nerves with glandular domatia; petiole to 1.5 cm, glabrous. Raceme to 8 cm long, pedicel 5 mm long, slender. Flowers greenish white; sepals 7 mm long, densely glandulose; petals 7 mm long, glabrous; anthers 2.2 mm long, puberulus, bristles 3 or 4; ovary densely tomentose, 3-celled. Drupe to 2.5 cm across, pyrene tubercled.
