Description:
Shrubs; young branches fulvous-tomentose. Leaves oblong or obovate, obtuse or emarginate at apex, minutely serrulate; lateral nerves 4 or 5 pairs, thinly hairy below, yellowish green when dry; petiole 3 mm long, tomentose. Spike 2 cm long, unbranched, 4-8-flowered, fulvous-tomentose. Flowers sessile; sepals 3 x 3 mm, obtuse, hairy; corolla 8 mm across, glabrous, lobes 5 mm long, oblong, obtuse; stamens 40-50, free, attached at the base of 6he corolla; disk glabrous; ovary hairy at apex. Drupe 12 x 5 mm, oblong, glabrous, curved, yellow.
