Description:
Leaves 10-15 x 10 cm, ovate, apex acuminate, base acute, margin serrate. Spike axillary to l5 cm; female flowers 3 mm across 1 or 2 at base and male above; male tepals 3, 2 mm, ovate, obtuse, glabrous, stamens 3, free; female tepals 6-lobed, hispid; style 3-gonous, stout, stigma 3. Capsule 3-lobed; seed glutinose, glandular papillose.
