Description:
Suberect or climbing shrubs; stem and branches striate with long, spreading and deflexed hairs. Leaves 3-foliolate; leaflets variable in size and shape, usually all the 3 variously and more or less deeply lobed; lobes oblong, acute or acuminate, more or less hairy when young, glabrescent with age; petioles to 8 cm long, hairy with spreading or deflexed hairs; stipules medifixed, prolonged below their insertion into a 2 mm long, rounded lobe; upper part 6 mm long, acute, strongly nerved and hairy with long spreading hairs; stipels 4-5 mm long, spreading, persistent. Racemes capitate; peduncles long, hairy like stem; bracteoles linear, with setaceous, ciliated tips protruding beyond the buds. Calyx 4-5 mm long; tube 1.5 mm long, teeth setaceous, hairy. Corolla 5-5.5 mm long, yellow. Pods 2-4 x 0.5 cm, minutely hairy, 5-8-seeded; seeds 4.5 x 3 mm, oblong, brown.
