  Description: Branches glaucous; prickles few, 6 mm long. Leaflets to 5 x 3 cm, elliptic, acute at either ends, subsessile, spinous-serrate, white-tomentose beneath, glabrous above; nerves 7 pairs. Racemes 2-3 together, axillary. Flowers pink, 6-8 mm across; bracts 4 mm long, lanceolate, entire; pedicels 1 cm long, slender, villous; sepals 6 mm long, lanceolate, united at base; petals 3 x 2 mm, obovate; ovaries densely pubescent. Drupe 2 x 1 mm, ovoid, acute, subglabrous
